Te actual conceptions of risk factors of development, pathogenesis and course of disease starting from inflammation and endothelial dysfunction and completing with bone metaplasia give an opportunity of determining prospective directions of medicinal therapy favoring deceleration of progressing of calcined aortic stenosis.
