It would enable personalized approaches to diagnostics, cognitive enhancement, and prediction of cognitive training outcomes in coronary heart disease—particularly in the presence of anemia. This review analyzes studies addressing adherence to treatment recommendations among cardiology patients, improvement of well-being, reduction of mortality and disability, prolongation of working age, optimization of workload for healthcare professionals, and the transition toward digital medicine using digital cognitive training platforms incorporating artificial intelligence.</p> <p>Implementation of artificial intelligence systems has the potential to improve treatment outcomes in patients with coronary heart disease and anemia, promote more efficient use of healthcare resources, and contribute to the development of personalized medicine in Russia. Further research will focus on evaluating system effectiveness and expanding its functionality through data integration and monitoring of patients’ physical activity.</p>
Дальнейшие исследования будут направлены на оценку эффективности внедрения системы и расширение её функциональности за счёт интеграции данных и мониторинга физической активности пациентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cognitive impairment</kwd><kwd>coronary heart disease</kwd><kwd>CHD</kwd><kwd>anemia</kwd><kwd>personalized medicine</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>expert system</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>cognitive training</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>когнитивные нарушения</kwd><kwd>ишемическая болезнь сердца</kwd><kwd>ИБС</kwd><kwd>анемический синдром</kwd><kwd>персонализированная медицина</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd><kwd>экспертная система</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>когнитивные тренинги</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство здравоохранения Российской Федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>124020600005-4</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sabirova EYu, Chicherina EN, Epstein AM.
