The levels of activity of the enzymes G6PDH, 1-GPDH and aldolase in the liver were significantly higher in fish from the “Feed №2” group. The identified differences in the activity of enzymes in the liver of fish suggest that feed №2 to a greater extent (compared to feed №1) promotes the use of carbohydrates in lipid biosynthesis. Differences in the activity of the enzymes COX, LDH, aldolase, G6PDH and 1-GPDH in the liver and muscles of fish depending on the month of sampling and belonging to the size group are most likely associated with changes in the metabolism of fish as their weight increases towards generative metabolism.</p>
Различия в активности ферментов ЦО, ЛДГ, альдолазы, Г6ФДГ и 1-ГФДГ в печени и мышцах рыб в зависимости от месяца сбора проб и принадлежности к размерной группе связаны, вероятнее всего, с перестройками в метаболизме рыб по мере увеличения массы в сторону генеративного обмена.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Rainbow Trout</kwd><kwd>energy metabolism</kwd><kwd>enzyme activity</kwd><kwd>feed composition</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>радужная форель</kwd><kwd>энергетический обмен</kwd><kwd>активность ферментов</kwd><kwd>состав корма</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>075-01637-22-00</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Колб В.
