Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются патогенетические, клинические и терапевтические аспекты лакунарных инфарктов. Подчеркивается, что в основе их возникновения могут лежать артериальная гипертензия, а также поражение мелких артерий, кровоснабжающих глубинные отделы полушарий, ствола головного мозга. Приводится описание клинических особенностей основных лакунарных синдромов (чисто двигательный инсульт, чисто чувствительный инсульт, сенсомоторный инсульт, атактический гемипарез, синдром дизартрии и неловкой руки). Даны рекомендации по лечению и профилактике лакунарных инфарктов.
