One of the most pressing problems currently is the somatic and mental health of the older generation due to the increase in life expectancy and the expansion of opportunities in the field of diagnosis of certain diseases.
Alzheimer's disease has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients and their families, as well as serious economic and social consequences for society. Alzheimer's patients need constant care and support, which requires significant resources from the health and social services system. In addition, Alzheimer's disease leads to decreased productivity and increased medical costs.
This article analyzes foreign and domestic articles over the past 5 years on the topic of targeted therapy of Alzheimer's disease as one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases that reduce the quality of life today. This literature review analyzed articles from the following scientific journals
