Эффекты вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий на социальное поведение мышей линии BTBR – модели расстройств аутистического спектра

Аннотация
Работа является первым исследованием влияния такой вспомогательной репродуктивной технологии (ВРТ), как культивирование in vitro преимплантационных эмбрионов на социальное поведение потомков мышей линии BTBR (BTBR T + Itpr3tf/J), которая представляет собой идиопатическую модель аутизма. В качестве контроля были использованы мыши C57BL/6J. У взрослых потомков мышей, полученных в результате естественного спаривания (группы C57BL/6J и BTBR), либо после культивирования in vitro и переноса эмбрионов соответствующих линий мышей псевдобеременным самкам C57BL/6J (группы ВРТ-C57BL/6J и ВРТ-BTBR), было изучено социальное поведение. При межлинейном сравнении было показано, что мыши BTBR имеют сниженные уровни социального распознавания и мотивации по сравнению с мышами C57BL/6J. У самок ВРТ-C57BL/6J и ВРТ-BTBR было установлено снижение интереса к новому партнеру в сессии на социальное распознавание по сравнению с естественно зачатыми животными того же пола. Результаты поведенческого теста свидетельствуют о влиянии культивирования in vitro на социальное распознавание у потомков мышей линий C57BL/6J и BTBR, но только у самок.
