Аннотация
Все более актуальной и многообещающей проблемой современной биомедицины становится выяснение поликомпонентного и многоуровневого механизма единой нейроиммуноэндокринной регуляции физиологических функций. Болезни органов дыхания лидируют в структуре общей заболеваемости населения и остаются одной из самых актуальных проблем современного здравоохранения. Различные факторы риска могут послужить развитию таких патологий, как пневмония, рак легких, астма, хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких и другие. Кроме того, показатели данных заболеваний с каждым годом имеют тенденцию к росту. В связи с этим верификация и изучение сигнальных молекул как факторов, участвующих в нейроиммуноэндокринной регуляции функции легких в норме и патологии, которые, с одной стороны, могут рассматриваться как биомаркеры прогноза заболеваний, а с другой, как потенциальные мишени для таргетной эффективной терапии, является актуальной задачей современной трансляционной биомедицины. Данный обзор литературы посвящен исследованию роли одного из ключевых участников нейроиммуноэндокринных сигнальных взаимоотношений – транскрипционного фактора NF-κB в регуляции дыхательной функции в норме и патогенезе заболеваний легких. Обобщение информации по данной теме является важным и перспективным для понимания молекулярных механизмов возникновения и течения заболеваний, а также позволит разработать новые подходы к таргетной персонифицированной терапии социально-значимых патологий. Активное развитие заболеваний легких, таких как астма, хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких, пневмония, фиброз и рак, часто ассоциируются с активацией NF-κB. Это свидетельствует о важной роли данного транскрипционного фактора как потенциальной мишени для новых терапевтических подходов. Детальное изучение механизмов активации NF-κB и его взаимосвязи с другими сигнальными путями будет способствовать решению основной задачи трансляционной биомедицины – развитию инновационных методов лечения и профилактики заболеваний человека, в том числе и патологии дыхательной системы.
